<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit; text-align: center;">My passion for adventure began in my childhood. Whether it was travelling along the coasts of Europe in a camper van on my summer holiday or cycling along the Weser at the age of 12. I always knew that I felt most at home outdoors in nature. After leaving school, I travelled for a year, discovered the world, learnt to surf and dive. But I often lacked the resources to try out more things.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit; text-align: center;">After graduating, I worked for a cargo bike hire company in Berlin. The experience inspired me to develop a similar concept for outdoor equipment. Together with Eloy, who shared a similar vision, we founded Outzip.</p>

With experience in IT and audiovisual, I have managed corporate events worldwide. My passion for sustainability is evident in projects such as setting up a sustainable concept shop and supporting circular projects.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit; text-align: center;"><br />Founding my first company, a D2C marketplace for sustainable outdoor brands, marked the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey. At Outzip, I combine my adventurous spirit, IT knowledge and building skills to lead the outdoor industry in circular retail.</p>

Diese pers&ouml;nlichen Daten werden verwendet, um Ihnen den Dienst zur Verf&uuml;gung zu stellen. Diese pers&ouml;nlichen Daten werden so lange gespeichert, wie Sie bei uns als Nutzer registriert sind. <p>2.1. Der Vermieter oder Verk&auml;ufer ist Outzip UG (nachfolgend &ldquo;wir&rdquo;, &ldquo;uns&rdquo;, &ldquo;der Vermieter&rdquo; oder &ldquo;Outzip UG&rdquo; genannt).</p>
<p>2.2. Der Mieter ist die in der Bestellung als Mieter oder K&auml;ufer angegebene Person (nachfolgend &ldquo;Sie&rdquo;, &ldquo;Ihr&rdquo; oder &ldquo;der Mieter&rdquo; genannt).</p>
<h2>3. Zahlung, Kaution und Preise</h2>
<p>3.1. Die Zahlung erfolgt bei der Buchung online. Eine Kaution wird je nach Mietgegenstand reserviert und kann zur Deckung von Sch&auml;den oder versp&auml;teter R&uuml;ckgabe verwendet werden.</p>
<p>3.2. Alle Preise verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer. Bei Preisfehlern beh&auml;lt sich Outzip UG das Recht vor, Bestellungen einseitig zu &auml;ndern oder zu stornieren.</p>
<p>3.3 Die Kautionsr&uuml;ckerstattung (oder Freigabe) erfolgt in der Regel maximal 14 Tage nach der R&uuml;ckgabe. Nach jeder Anmietung werden wir zun&auml;chst jede Bestellung und jeden Artikel auf eventuelle Sch&auml;den oder Verluste &uuml;berpr&uuml;fen. Danach werden wir Sie entweder &uuml;ber eventuelle Probleme informieren und/oder den Kautionsbetrag freigeben.</p>
<h2>4. Beschaffenheit der Mietsache</h2>
<p>4.1. Outzip UG verpflichtet sich, qualitativ hochwertige und betriebsbereite Mietgegenst&auml;nde zu liefern. Wir verpflichten uns, den Mietgegenstand vor der Benutzung zu &uuml;berpr&uuml;fen.</p>
<h2>5. Sch&auml;den und Kosten bei Missbrauch</h2>
<p>5.1. Sch&auml;den, technische Defekte oder Unf&auml;lle w&auml;hrend des Mietzeitraums m&uuml;ssen sofort an unser Personal gemeldet werden, eventuell k&ouml;nnen Sie eine E-Mail an orders@outzip.de schreiben.</p>
<p>5.2. Normale Gebrauchsspuren umfassen leichte Kratzer und Abnutzung. Missbrauch umfasst erhebliche Sch&auml;den, Verschmutzungen oder andere Zeichen einer unsachgem&auml;&szlig;en Nutzung. Bei Sch&auml;den durch Missbrauch wird ein zus&auml;tzlicher Betrag in H&ouml;he von 50 % des aktuellen Marktwerts des Produktes erhoben.</p>
<h2>6. Reinigung</h2>
<p>6.1. Die normale Reinigung und Wartung des Mietgegenstands sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen.</p>
<p>6.2. Bei &uuml;berm&auml;&szlig;iger Verschmutzung oder unordentlicher R&uuml;ckgabe des Produkts wird eine zus&auml;tzliche Reinigungsgeb&uuml;hr von 10 &euro; erhoben.</p>
<h2>7. Haftungsausschluss</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">7.1. Outzip UG haftet nicht f&uuml;r direkte oder indirekte Sch&auml;den, die durch die Nutzung der Mietgegenst&auml;nde entstehen, insbesondere wenn Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrl&auml;ssigkeit vorliegt.</p>
<h2>8. Datenschutz</h2>
<p>8.1. Outzip UG verarbeitet Ihre personenbezogenen Daten gem&auml;&szlig; unserer Datenschutzerkl&auml;rung.</p>
<h2>9. Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand</h2>
<p>9.1. Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.</p>
<p>9.2. Gerichtsstand f&uuml;r alle Streitigkeiten aus oder im Zusammenhang mit diesen Nutzungsbedingungen ist Berlin.</p>
<h2>10. &Auml;nderungen der Nutzungsbedingungen</h2>
<p>10.1. Outzip UG beh&auml;lt sich das Recht vor, diese Nutzungsbedingungen jederzeit zu &auml;ndern. Die ge&auml;nderten Bedingungen werden auf der Plattform ver&ouml;ffentlicht und treten ab dem Zeitpunkt der Ver&ouml;ffentlichung in Kraft.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">11. Stornierungs- und &Auml;nderungsbedingungen:</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">11.1. F&uuml;r alle Stornierungen die mehr als sieben Tage vor deinem ersten Nutzungstag gemacht werden fallen keine Kosten an. F&uuml;r Stornierungen zwischen sieben Tagen und 48 Stunden vor der Nutzung berechnen wir 20% des Mietpreises. F&uuml;r super kurzfristige Stornierungen unter 48 Stunden berechnen wir 80% des Mietpreises.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">11.2. &Auml;nderungen deiner Buchungen kannst du nat&uuml;rlich jederzeit vornehmen. Weitere Produkte k&ouml;nnen jederzeit hinzugef&uuml;gt werden. Solltest du deine Buchung weniger als sieben Tage vor Beginn der Nutzung &auml;ndern und einzelne Artikel entfernen, werden wir f&uuml;r die entfernten Artikel 20% berechnen. Bei &Auml;nderungen weniger als 48 Stunden vor Nutzung fallen f&uuml;r die entfernten Artikel 80% der Kosten an.</p>
