Terms of Use for Outzip.de

1. General

These terms govern the use of the Outzip.de platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), operated by Outzip UG, Rollbergstraße 28A, Berlin, registered under HRB 264494 B.

By accessing and using this platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Definition of Parties

2.1. The lessor or seller is Outzip UG (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "Outzip UG").

2.2. The renter or buyer is the person placing the order (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your", or "the renter").

3. Payment, Deposit, and Pricing

3.1. Payments are made online at the time of booking. A deposit may be required depending on the rented item and will be used to cover damages or late returns.

3.2. All prices include VAT. In case of pricing errors, Outzip UG reserves the right to adjust or cancel orders.

3.3. Deposits will be refunded or released within 14 days after return, following an inspection of the rented items for damages or losses.

4. Condition of Rental Items

We guarantee that all rental equipment is high quality and fully operational. Each item is checked before rental.

5. Damage, Misuse, and Fees

5.1. Any damage, technical defect, or accident during the rental period must be reported immediately to our team at orders@outzip.de.

5.2. Normal wear and tear include minor scratches. Significant damage, excessive dirt, or improper use will be charged at 50% of the product’s current market value.

6. Cleaning Policy

Regular cleaning is included in the rental fee. However, excessive dirt or untidy returns will result in an additional €10 cleaning fee.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Outzip UG is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of rental equipment unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies, and the place of jurisdiction for disputes is Berlin.

10. Changes to the Terms

Outzip UG reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published on the platform and take effect upon publication.

11. Cancellation and Modification Policy

• Cancellations more than 7 days before the rental start date: Free.
• Cancellations 7 to 2 days before rental: 20% fee.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 80% fee.

Modifications to bookings can be made anytime. Adding items is always possible. Removing items within 7 days of the rental date incurs a 20% charge, and within 48 hours, an 80% charge.
