The Mountain Hardwear Lamina 0F sleeping bag is suitable for winter temperatures. It features a high-quality, fluffy synthetic fiber filling, allowing it to compress very well. However, due to its packing volume of about 20 liters, the sleeping bag is only somewhat suitable for backpacking.

The sleeping bag is suitable for activities with night-time temperatures well below freezing, such as a winter tour in Scandinavia, trekking in Nepal, or climbing Kilimanjaro. Thanks to the two-way zipper, the warmth inside the sleeping bag can be well regulated. The filling is welded to the outer shell instead of being sewn – this prevents cold spots and ensures an excellent balance of warmth and weight.
