Sleeping Mat – Robust, Warm & Comfortable

The sleeping mat is robust, warm, and comfortable, yet still lightweight. Thanks to its compact packed size, it is ideal for trekking tours.

Separate inflation and deflation valves with one-way flaps make rolling up the mat easier.

The sleeping mat has a foam core that partially self-expands. Such mats are referred to as "self-inflating sleeping mats" – however, none of these mats are truly self-inflating. To achieve full inflation, you will need to assist manually. That’s why an Exped mini hand pump is included, allowing you to inflate the mat quickly and easily.

If weight and packed size are not your main priority, the larger LW version is recommended for stomach and back sleepers. In a prone or supine position, your arms may lie off the mat with the M version, which can feel uncomfortable given the 5 cm mat thickness.
